Established in November 2024 from the merger of Primo Water
Corporation and BlueTriton Brands, Inc., Primo Brands Corporation
is a leading branded beverage company in North America, focused on
the large and fast-growing healthy hydration sector.
Bottled water is the second-largest retail category in the United
States beverage industry by sales and has been growing rapidly,
fueled by elastic demand for hydration, consumer preference over
soda, coffee and other alternatives, and increasing focus on
health and wellness, among other trends. Aging national tap
infrastructure is also driving demand for purified and spring
water in homes, offices and other buildings across the continent.
Compounding the category tailwinds, Primo Brands is uniquely
positioned to drive sustainable volume-led growth in any
environment. We have an extensive portfolio of iconic beverage
brands across super premium, premium, mainstream and value
segments, along with unparalleled distribution capabilities,
geographic reach across North America and vertical integration.
Our differentiation enables durable topline performance and a
strong margin profile.
Today, we have two established brands with over $1 billion in
annual sales, Poland Spring® and Pure Life®. With our expanding
scale and resources, we are accelerating the development of other
brands across our portfolio.
At retail, we are a U.S. leader in branded bottled water sales, a
highly fragmented market where we are poised to drive increased
share. Our broad national and regional distribution allows us to
move from spring to shelf across North America, and with our
spectrum of brands, segments and price points, we are a superior,
one-stop category partner for retailers of all sizes.
We also leverage our brands in our leading direct-to-consumer
offerings, including our Direct Delivery service; Exchange, our offering enabling the purchase and exchange of pre-filled,
multi-use bottles at approximately 26,500 retail locations; and
Refill, our offering where consumers have the option to
refill empty multi-use bottles at approximately 23,500
self-service refill stations. We also sell or rent dispensers, a gateway for recurring revenues across our offerings,
as well as connected, point-of-use filtration units in our filtration business. Unlike beverage peers that reach consumers
wholly through retail or other distributors, roughly half our
total revenues are direct-to-consumer, and we control the
ordering, billing, shipping and margins on our service to millions
of residential and commercial consumers.
Primo Brands possesses a robust North American geographic
distribution network, underpinned by our extensive retail presence
and direct delivery capabilities, as well as our continued
expansion into high-growth convenience, restaurant, school and
hospital channels. Beyond the scale of our over 70 production
facilities and 240 logistics depots, our advantages start at the
source. We have numerous springs dotted across the continent and
are the only hydration company whose brands own their spring
assets, a benefit for our profitability and a core focus of our
sustainability and water stewardship efforts.
We have a clear strategy to maximize our resources and advantages.
We are focused on driving new levels of consumer access,
leveraging our full ecosystem of offerings and prioritizing
high-performing areas of our portfolio to accelerate growth. We
expect our earnings and cash flows to benefit from an estimated
$300 million in run-rate cost synergies by the end of 2026. Primo
Brands remains committed to long-term value creation for all
stakeholders by executing against our synergy plans, deleveraging
in the medium-term, and deploying efficient capital spending to
support our growth plans.
