Mr. Fowden is the Lead Independent Director of the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Fowden has extensive international business and industry experience, as well as strong M&A and business integration expertise. He also possesses deep insights into Primo Brands’ growth and strategy, having served as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Cott Corporation, which changed its name to Primo Water Corporation following the acquisition of that company in 2020. From 2020 to 2024, Mr. Fowden acted as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Primo Water Corporation, which merged with BlueTriton Brands, Inc. to form Primo Brands Corporation in November 2024.
