Mr. Prim has extensive business, managerial and leadership experience, as well as deep corporate governance and shareholder relations expertise. Mr. Prim is the founder and former Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of legacy Primo Water, which was acquired by Cott Corporation in 2020, with the resulting entity assuming the Primo Water Corporation name. Mr. Prim also served on the Board of Directors of Primo Water Corporation until its merger with BlueTriton Brands, Inc. in 2024.
